What counts as a "tracked line"?
Any sales line (phone number or dialer seat) whose calls are actively analyzed. You can swap tracked lines at any time from the admin console.
What happens after my trial ends?
If you don't pick a plan, your workspace drops to read-only Free mode — your data is preserved, and you can upgrade any time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Upgrades apply instantly with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal — your current paid minutes still apply.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — contact sales or pick the Annual toggle at checkout (where available) for ~17% off.
What if we exceed our included minutes?
You'll receive usage alerts at 70% and 90%, and a per-minute overage applies up to a hard ceiling (never surprise billing). You can switch plans any time.
