Terms of service

These terms govern your use of CallPulse. By signing up, you agree to them on behalf of your organization.
1. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property, or upload content that you do not have the right to record or process. Many jurisdictions require one- or two-party consent before recording a call — your administrators are responsible for ensuring compliance.
3. Fees & billing
Fees are as displayed at checkout. Usage-based overages (if any) apply up to a hard per-period ceiling. Refunds for unused time on annual plans are at our discretion.
4. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, security concerns, or breach of these terms. You may cancel any time; data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation unless you request earlier deletion.
5. Warranty & liability
The service is provided “as is.” Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
